Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping within the UK is free for orders from £55.  

We offer a flt rate of £1.50 for orders under £55.

We use Royal Mail second class signed for which takes 2 to 3 working days. For any orders placed on a Friday we will post the following Monday.  We will do our best to dispatch the next day but as we are a small business please allow two days.

Tracking numbers can always be provided. 

Shipping time to USA, Canada and Australia is usually 10-14 days, but can take up to 3 weeks or more during holidays or due to bad weather conditions. 

Shipping time accross Europe is approx 5-14 days.

Payment

Payment is managed through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account, you can pay as a guest by debit or credit card at checkout. 

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to change or return your item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We accept return of unused items in their original packaging. 

We do not offer free return shipping. 

You will receive a refund only after we receive the item back. The item you send back must be properly packaged to avoid damage. Please ensure you send the item registered.
